Description - Calciner, C.E. Bartlett Snow, 54" diameter x 47' long tube, 6' feed section - 316 S/ST, 31' hot zone - Inconel, 10' discharge/cooling section 316 S/ST. (12) burners 4,000,000 BTU natural gas system, 1-5 RPM, 6" screw feeder with hopper - 316 S/ST. max temp rating - 1900º F. Last used on alumina at only 1100ºF. Controls, S/ST exhaust ducts & stack. Installed 1991 used for short time to oxidize a cerium, lanthanum and alumina mixture. All unitized on large I-beam frame, will ship in one piece. Like new condition. S/N 87072. |
