Description - We have recently acquired a complete cement processing facility, still in operation, rated for 1.2 million tons/year. The plant includes the Raw Milling Circuit containing (6) F.L. Smidth 9’8” x 18’8” ball mill systems with Sturtevant air separators, bucket elevators, dust collectors, etc. The plant also includes (5) F.L. Smidth 10’ x 350’ and (2) Allis Chalmers 10’ x 12’ x 310’ Rotary Kilns with Raymond bowl mills, clinker coolers, baghouses, burners, heat recovery systems and more. The facility includes a Finish Mill System containing numerous ball mills; (2) F.L. Smidth 12’ x 17’, (2) F.L. Smidth 9’6” x 18’8”, (4) Allis Chalmers 7’ x 30’ and (1) Marcy 10’ x 10’ ball mills. Each mill contains an independent drive, air separators, dust collectors, bucket elevators, cement pumps, etc. The plant also includes a 25 MW power plant consisting of (2) GE Turbine generators, belt conveyors, storage silos and much more.
