 Trio 30 x 42 Jaw Crusher 1 only reconditioned 2002 Trio 30 x 42 jaw crusher with new eccentric shaft and 1 new bearing. Jaw dies are good. This crusher has been completely gone through and checked over. No welding has been done to the frame and it is excellent condition. Pictures are also attached. Symons 4 1/4' Shorthead Cone Crusher This crusher is a 1953 model equipped with grease seal arrangement and bolt type locking. The lubrication is integral pump style. The crusher is disassembled and open for inspection. The mainframe is in good condition requiring some cleaning but otherwise the arms appear good and the mainframe liner is good. The adjustment ring is level and has good height. The adjustment ring threads are excellent. The eccentric gear is very good as is the pinion gear. The socket is bolted style and is currently removed from the crusher. There is no socket liner in the socket. The socket sealing ring is good but new springs and housing will be required. The head and shaft assembly has surface rust on the head ball and shaft. This rust is not deep and this can be easily polished as shown in the picture below. The head ball has only slight wear as do the wipers and it is in acceptable condition for operation. The bowl appears good with threads approximately 75% of new but the bottom (start) thread has been cracked probably due to use of a loader in the removal of the bowl from the crusher. I would suggest this portion of the thread be removed and ground. The countershaft box sheave has been repaired and we recommend it be replaced. The round style lube tank appears ok.
