Primary emphasis is placed on major greenfield mine development, but the information presented is fully applicable to brownfield project undertakings.

The course teaches project management best practices, and how they are woven together from initial mineral resource identification on through the project stages of opportunity, viability, planning, execution, and completion, to delivery of a sustainable operating property.

The course focuses on the key steps in each stage that must be properly executed to achieve project success.
