We are pleased to invite all our members and friends to participate in the XVI Peruvian Geological Congress & SEG 2012 Conference. This is an important event for the earth sciences in Peru and across Latin America, and the Geological Society of Peru welcomes this opportunity to cooperte with the Society of Economic Geologists.
The collaboration of these two prestigious societies will ensure that the convention provides a high quality and scientific level. The Congress will be held at the Westin Hotel, which offers excellent facilities and is the perfect site for this event, in Lima, Peru between the 23rd and the 26th of September 2012.
The congress represents an excellent opportunity to enjoy and benefit from a broad scientific program, and in addition to keynote lectures, scientific sessions and social activities, you are all encouraged to participate in the short courses and field trips. In addition to the Scientific Program, there will be a Geological and Technical Exhibition to allow industry, suppliers and institutions to exhibit and promote a variety of new products, updated technology and innovative services.
