ANGLO PLATINUM LIMITED

Anooraq Resources and Anglo Platinum, have completed the technical review of Lebowa Platinum Mine reported in the November 14, 2008 news release. The technical review was undertaken as a joint initiative between the parties resulting from the material decline in global economic conditions and commodity markets during the second half of 2008. The primary purpose of the joint technical review was to determine and adopt an optimal mine plan, production schedule and capital expenditure program at Lebowa in terms of current and estimated future market conditions.
