Berkeley Resources announced the initial results from the confirmatory diamond drilling program at the Mina D deposit, Salamanca project in Spain. Significant results came from hole MDD-001 which intersected 6.070 ppm eU3O8 over 9.39 m from 46.85 m. The results are based on downhole gamma logging undertaken by the compnay and are presented as equivalent U3O8 ppm grades or eU3O8. All of the mineralised intervals will be chemically assayed at a later stage.
