CURLEW LAKE RESOURCES INC.

Curlew Lake Resources announced that it is completed a non-brokered private placement of units at a price of $0.03 per Unit for aggregate proceeds of $180,000. The money raised will be used for general corporate purposes. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.05 for a period of one year and if not exercised $0.10 in year two from the date of closing of the private placement.
