Eromanga Uranium Ltd announce that the recent Share Purchase Plan (SPP) has been very strongly supported by the company’s shareholders and has closed almost fully subscribed. Subject to final verification of acceptances, the SPP will result in the issuing of approximately 34.8 million new shares to raise $2.1 million. This shareholder endorsement of the company’s strategy will allow Eromanga to embark on an aggressive exploration program across its portfolio of gold and uranium assets whilst accelerating the development of the Georgetown Gold Operations.
