EXMIN RESOURCES INC.

Dia Bras Exploration Inc. and EXMIN Resources Inc. announced today that the British Columbia Supreme Court has issued a final order approving the arrangement between Dia Bras and EXMIN. At an annual and special meeting of EXMIN shareholders held on September 24, 2009, EXMIN shareholders voted 96% in favour of the Arrangement. The arrangement was also approved by a simple majority of votes cast by EXMIN Shareholders at the meeting, excluding the votes attached to EXMIN common shares owned by Karl J. Boltz (President and Chief Executive Officer of EXMIN) and Dr. Craig Gibson (Executive Vice-President – Exploration of EXMIN).
