Company NewsMonday, June 01, 2009 Goldcorp Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with a group of initial purchasers to issue and sell $750 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2014 in a private offering. Goldcorp has granted the initial purchasers a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $112.5 million principal amount of the notes, solely to cover overallotments, if any.
