Lake Shore Gold announced an agreement with Hochschild Mining Holdings Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hochschild Mining plc, to raise $85.0 million through a private placement transaction for 19.2 million shares at a price of $4.43 per share. In addition, the Company announced a non-brokered structured flow-through financing for the issuance of 2.7 million shares at an average price of $5.94 per share for net proceeds of $15.0 million.
