Merc International Minerals Inc. (Merc) is an exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company is focused on acquiring gold and silver projects. The Company’s operations relate to the Borthwick Lake Project, Lingman Lake Project and Black Creek Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. In August 2008, the Company acquired 100% of Anaconda Mining Inc.’s interest in Damoti Lake Project.
