NAMEX Explorations Inc., a junior Canadian exploration company, is traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NME. There are 23,405,499 common shares issued and outstanding, fully diluted common shares: 26,660,763.

Our mission is to add value for its shareholders by acquiring, exploring for, discovering and defining, in North America, mineral resources of sufficient quality to warrant their development. Once mineral resources are sufficiently defined, it intends to sell the properties to major mining companies. Exploration of the properties is conducted under the direction of the technical team, which originally selected them.

Namex is aggressively exploring for multi-million tonne ore deposits of precious and base metals. The company has established a significant ground position of 14,654 acres in the prolific Sudbury mining camp where the value of ore mined and currently in reserve has recently been estimated at $300 billion Canadian. All Namex Sudbury area projects abut or are adjacent to claims held by Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (“CVRD”), Xstrata, Wallbridge, FNX, Ursa Major and Champion Bear.
