Property: ORION PROJECT

Nayarit Gold announced a National Instrument 43-101 Mineral Resource estimate for the Orion Project, located in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. This estimate contains an Indicated Mineral Resource of 4.215 million tonnes grading 1.33 g/t Au and 111.60 g/t Ag, containing 432,000 gold equivalent ounces. An additional 1.940 million tonnes grading 0.69 g/t Au and 39.77 g/t Ag containing 85,000 Au equivalent ounces has been classified as Inferred Mineral Resource.
