ODIN MINING AND EXPLORATION LTD.

Odin Mining & Exploration announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 18,500,000 units of the company at a price of 8 cents per unit, for expected aggregate proceeds of up to C$1.48 million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 10 cents, for the period of 12 months from the closing of the offering.
