Regis Resources announced it will be offering eligible shareholders the opportunity to acquire additional fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company via a non-renounceable rights issue on the basis of one new share for every four and a half shares held at the relevant record date. Shares under the issue will be offered at A$0.42 per share. The approximate maximum number of shares which may be issued is 62,332,948 shares to raise A$26,179,838.
