TENAJON RESOURCES CORP.

Creston Moly Corp. and Tenajon Resources Corp. have entered into a Letter Agreement to merge, by way of a plan of arrangement or other form of business combination. Under the Transaction, Creston will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tenajon in consideration for the issue of Creston shares on the basis of 0.84 share of Creston for each share of Tenajon.
