TRIGON URANIUM CORP.

Trigon Uranium and Intercontinental Potash announced that they have entered into a non-binding letter of intent executed on June 18, 2009 pursuant to which Trigon intends to make an offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Intercontinental, a private company existing under the laws of Canada, by way of a share exchange.
