TTM RESOURCES INC.

TTM Resources announced that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 3,000,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.40 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,200,000. Each Unit under the private placement will consist of one flow-through common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional non flow-through common share at an exercise price of $0.50 within 24 months of closing. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
