Uranium Star Corp. has commenced its first-phase resource definition drill program on it’s 100% owned Green Giant Vanadium Project in Madagascar. The exploration program will consist of approximately 8,000 metres and will be targeted for completion prior to the annual rainy season. This current drill program on the Green Giant Project will represent a significant portion of the estimated 35,000 metres that the company expects to drill in order to calculate a NI-43-101 compliant resource statement and complete a bankable feasibility study on the Project. The company’s objective is to define a minimum of 200 million tonnes of mineable vanadium mineralization. Uranium Star has recently received the assay results from the completed 55 trenches on the main vanadium trend that extends along an estimated 18-kilometre length of the property. Assay highlights include 0.56% V2O5 over 190 metres, including 0.96% V2O5 over 32 metres for trench TR-09-002.
