FIRST NICKEL INC.

First Nickel, Inc. is a junior mining, exploration, and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mining properties in Canada, and is currently focused primarily on nickel in Ontario.

The Company achieved commercial production at the Lockerby Mine near Sudbury, Ontario in the first quarter of 2006 and has received a feasibility study on the Premiere Ridge Deposit .
