EXCELLENCE IN GRASSROOTS EXPLORATION

Freewest Resources Canada Inc. ("Freewest") is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing high-quality chromite, gold and base-metal properties in Eastern Canada. Exploration is focused on these commodities within classical geological settings characterized by established and/or perceived high-potential mineral endowment. To enhance value to our shareholders, our strategy is to advance exploration projects to the pre-feasibility stage or with partners, to commercial production.

EXPLORATION HIGHLIGHTS

Recent Chromite Discovery in Northern Ontario:
Drilling of the Black Thor chromite zone on Freewest´s 100%-owned McFaulds property, continues to generate exceptional widths of high-quality chromite believed to be of world-class caliber. Highlights include 40.4% CR2O3 over 46.3 metres (included within a wider zone assaying 30.1% CR2O3 over 100.8 metres), 30.4% CR2O3 over 50.1 metres (included within a broader intersection of 21.4% CR2O3 over 109.7 metres) as well as 30.7% CR2O3 over 23.3 metres and 30.0% CR2O3 across 17.3 metres (both included within a wider zone assaying 21.3% CR2O3 over 92.4 metres). Drilling has traced Black Thor over a 1700-metre strike length and over an average true width of 50 metres, remaining completely open along strike and to depth. Based on robust widths and the indicated strike length, the goal of delineating 100 million tonnes of high-quality chromite is felt to be easily attainable. Drilling on the adjacent Spider (25%)-KWG (25%)-FWR (50%) joint-venture property is generating comparable widths and grade of chromite mineralization.

Clarence Stream Gold Property, New Brunswick:
Drilling completed since the last 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource estimate indicates high potential for significant resource expansion from the current Indicated Mineral Resource of 235,000 ounces of gold and 7.3 million pounds of antimony as well as the Inferred Mineral Resource of 156,000 ounces of gold.
