Gossan Resources Limited is engaged in the exploration and development of a well-diversified portfolio of properties hosting gold, platinum group and base metals, as well as the specialty metals - tantalum, lithium, cesium, titanium, vanadium and chromium. Gossan also has a large deposit of magnesium-rich dolomite, the world-wide rights to the Zuliani magnesium production process, and a silica sand prospect. All of the properties are located in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario.

Gossan Resources reported to have compiled the results of a field program conducted at Separation Rapids Lithium Property, located north of Kenora, Ontario. The field program included prospecting, line cutting, local geological mapping of newly-found outcrops, and the collection of 173 soil samples, 28 grab samples and 10 channel samples. A channel sample taken from the 5+ metre wide pegmatite assayed 0.86% lithium over 90cm. Two of the other pegmatites assayed 1.42% lithium in an 80cm channel sample and 0.80% lithium in a grab sample. Amongst the other assayed grab samples, the best returns were 0.50% and 0.95% lithium.
