Company NewsTuesday, June 16, 2009 Northern Shield Resources announced that it has commenced a diamond drill program at its 100% owned Eastbank property in the James Bay Lowlands of northern Ontario, Canada. The 1,200 metre program is designed to confirm management's interpretation that the 750 square kilometer property is underlain by the ultramafic portion (Critical Zone) of the Highbank Lake Intrusive Complex that extends eastward from the Highbank property.
