The Essence of The O.T. Mining Corporation

June 30, 2008

The O.T. Mining Corporation
Budget - Summer 2008/Winter 2009 - $5,000,000
Use of proceeds: Exploration and Working Capital
Investment Category: "Businessman's Risk"
Business: Exploring 21.3 square miles of mineral claims in the U.S.

The People*:
The O.T. exploration team is made up of accredited professionals having industry track records of success. Our team leader, Oliver T. Maki, originated and carried out an exploration project on which his third drill hole was the discovery hole of a mine that in 1980 became the largest open pit copper mine in the world. Today, 27 years later, the mine, The Los Pelambres, is still one of the world's top 10 producing mines. The composition of our team and their credentials are elaborated on O.T.'s web site.

O.T. was founded by James W. Hess, Chairman and President and Rosemary L. Christensen, Secretary Treasurer.

Location:
Country: The United States enjoys the world's lowest "Country Risk for Mining" rating.
State: The O.T. Mining Corporation is a Montana, "The Treasure State", Corporation (1980).
Project: The Ruby Project is 14 miles north, north east of the second largest mining camp in the world, The Butte Mining District, host to "The Richest Hill on Earth".
Mineral Exploration rule of Thumb: "Where do you find a new mine? Next to an old one!"

Corporate Mission and Structure:
Since inception, O.T.'s mission statement has been to explore for and identify a mineral resource of such consequence that it would be sought out by the major mining companies for acquisition. O.T.'s management believes that the coming drill program will prove that its North Anomaly project will be the only one in the free world that has the potential to offer the majors 100 to 150 years of multi million ton per day production of high grade base and precious metals ore. We believe that O.T. is now within 12 to 18 months of accomplishing its mission as The Ruby's North Anomaly is now officially on the radar screen of the majority of the world's largest mining companies.

The O.T.'s management was advised in March of 2005 by a representative of BHP-Billiton, the world's largest mining company, that "O.T. may have made the largest discovery in 200 years!"

Investor Leverage: Exceptional
Capitalization:
11,056,236 shares issued and outstanding.
12,543,293 fully diluted, plus 15% bonus to founders.
Approximately 44% are tightly held, includes officers and directors with 28%.

Thoroughly documented:
Although a non reporting 15c-2-11 Corporation, O.T. is in full compliance with U.S., SEC GAAP regulations. Watts, Griffis and McOuat, Geological and Engineering Consultants (www.wgm.on.ca), has recently produced an independent Technical and Recommendations Report and is O.T.'s third party advisor.

Project Status:
We believe that O.T. is on the threshold of proving that its 15 square mile North Anomaly mineralized system has the potential to rival or surpass that of the Butte Mining District, host to "The Richest Hill on Earth", its neighbor and model (modeling is standard industry procedure). O.T. is extremely fortunate as its model is geologically close - only 14 miles to the south. Butte is the second largest mining district in the world, second only to South Africa's Witwatersrand. Butte is approaching $400 billion of high grade base and precious metals production since 1880 with estimates of a similar amount yet to be discovered.

O.T. has the ongoing, unsolicited interest of a number of the top ten mining companies; two of which have active CA's with O.T. At their request, majors were presented with the final exhibits and drill targets. They have also received a copy of the Watts, Griffis & McOuat Technical and Recommendations Report, which is close to 43 101 compliant. To date O.T. has declined signing Confidentiality Agreements with more than two companies, although eight have been requested. We have declined their offers of financial and technical participation.

Why has O.T. attracted the interest of a number of the world's top 10 mining companies? It is because of Ruby's similarity and proximity to the world class Butte ore bodies. Large mines and mining districts tend to occur along linear trends or "belts", and be geologically similar. As a result, "the best place to find a new mine is near an existing one". The Ruby Project is only 14 miles from Butte, and our research and models have revealed just how similar the two systems are.

The Ruby and Butte porphyry copper/molybdenum systems occur in the same igneous rock phase of the Boulder Batholith, and are along the same major regional fault zone. They have similar regional geophysical signatures and alteration types. They are both very large systems and have a similar shape. The major companies are well aware of the importance of these attributes.

Need and Use of Funds:
O.T. has now pinpointed excellent drill targets in the North Anomaly. These drill targets are the result of the culmination of the previous seven years of geological, geochemical and geophysical work. 3-D models, which incorporate the most recent geophysical survey results, were finalized in March 2007. These results identified major target areas which are demanding to be drilled. O.T. has drilling permits in place and an excellent technical team that is eager and ready to commence drilling.

Mining Industry Context:
The mining industry is emerging from a 20 year down cycle and is in the final phase of completing a classic industry restructuring which only bodes well for The O.T. It has been predicted that in the next 20 years the industry will be significantly affected by globalization and the addition of some 3 billion new consumers in China, India and other countries emerging from Third World status. The economies of these countries are growing at rates that will bring many of these 3 billion people into the heretofore unattainable consumer market. The "Metals Super Cycle" has only just begun!
