Reported a completion of a 1,173 metre diamond drilling program to test two discrete geophysical anomalies on the Adlatok 1 and Sally properties with a single hole each. The two holes drilled intersected neither massive sulphide nor gabbro, both of which were interpreted.

Reported the discovery of two significant geophysical anomalies. Both may be caused by near flat lying bodies of massive sulphide at the base of a gabbro similar to the Voisey’s Bay nickel deposit. Their size, conductivity, and geological setting represent high priority drill targets. The larger anomaly, located on the Adlatok 1 property, is ovoid shaped and has a very strong response. It is approximately 600 x 700 metres in size and varies in depth from 100 to 300 metres. The second anomaly, located on the adjacent Sally property, is smaller in size and lower in intensity, but in a similar setting with the same possible cause.

A strong conductor close to 1,500 metres in diameter and open to the east was located on the eastern fringe.
