Soil geochemistry and geological mapping was completed over areas of ultramafic stratigraphy,
VTEM and MLTEM anomalies. Coincident nickel-copper-PGE anomalies were identified adjacent to
magnetic highs warranting further work.

During the quarter a contract geologist commenced field mapping and ground checking VTEM
and MLTEM anomalies that have were generated during 2007.
June 30, 2007
Work completed during the quarter includes interpretation of VTEM and magnetic surveys, ground EM surveys and geochemical sampling. Results of the geochemical sampling are awaited, however, the ground EM identified six conductors of which three (numbers 4 to 6) appear to be stronger and related to favourable Ni/Cu geochemistry. All targets are located in open paddocks and will be tested once
cropping is completed.
