Maya Gold & Silver Inc. announced its resource estimates on its Amizmiz Property, in Morocco, and filed with the Canadian securities regulators, a NI43-101 Technical Report dated December 21, 2010. Total inferred resource to date 819,769 tonnes grading 12.92 grams per tonne gold, containing 342,094 ounces of gold.

Maya Gold & Silver Inc. announced an exploration plan for 2011 in view of the new geological model outlined for its Amizmiz property in Morocco. The Company is set to initiate its 2011 exploration program in mid-January which will include; Geological surface works, stream geochemistry and drilling to verify the new model and to increase mineral resources at depth.
