Logan Resources is in the process of concluding a previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to one million flow-through units and one million non-flow- through units at a price of 12 cents each, for a total of up to CAD240,000. Logan plans to use the proceeds of the flow-through placement of the placement to explore the company's Albert Creek and Redford properties in British Columbia.
