The high grade gold values reported from surface sampling of a number of quartz
veins at Altanshiree do not continue at depth. Rehabilitation work was completed and the properties were returned to the vendors.
In Nov-Dec/06, a 1,292m (20 hole) RC drilling program was completed and focused on the Quartz Vein #13 Target. Unfortunately the drilling did not yield any significant gold intercepts. The best assay value was 1m @ 1.22g/t gold.

Reported that field crews have been mobilized to complete additional soil and rock chip sampling and detailed mapping in preparation for a drill program. Crews will also undertake reconnaissance prospecting, mapping and sampling of the entire project area to identify additional drill targets.
