OroAndes Resource Corp. completed 2,906 metres of diamond drilling in ten (10) holes at the Alto El Toro project Tolima, Columbia. Results for the final two holes AET-8 and AET-10 have now been received and include 6.6 m grading 6.0 g/t Au and 27.7 g/t Ag from 318.5m downhole in Hole AET-8. The company reported it is adopting a care and maintenance approach to the Alto El Toro project, pending improved market conditions.

Updated its shareholders on its exploration program at its Alto El Toro gold project. Hole AET-007 intersected multiple intersections of mineralized quartz veining down dip from the area presently being mined. These include: 59.2 g/t Au 10.6 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (weighted average) Holes AET-003 and 004 confirmed the tenor of the previously reported panel sampling in the area that is being developed for mining. The drill results include: 22.1 g/t Au 15.6 g/t Ag over 4.9 m (weighted average) 9.4 g/t Au 27.3 g/t Ag over 6.0 m 12.1 g/t Au 120.4 g/t Ag over 6.5 m (weighted average)

Reported that the 137 checked results of panel and channel samples have confirmed gold and silver concentrations from multiple locations within a mineralized oreshoot presently being mined at the Alto El Toro project. Best results include 30.3 g/t gold and 74 g/t silver over 3.3 m true thickness from sample 19296 4A.
