Northern Uranium announced the withdrawal of its phosphate tenement interests in the Georgina and Amadeus Basins in the Northern Territory, Australia, from the intended business combination with Korean based fertilizer exploration and trading company FSL Resources Limited, previously announced on October 5, 2009.
Northern Uranium announced that the company has entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement with Korean based fertiliser exploration and trading company FSL Resources Limited to combine and advance their rock phosphate projects in the Northern Territory, Australia.
