Reported that the initial phase of drill testing of the Ambrosia palaeodrainages identified the presence of uranium in a number of holes. Several holes intersected lignites and carbonaceous sand. The carbonaceous black organic muds of probable Permain age were intersected in a number of holes in neighbouring traverses along the 43 km trough. An interval of at least 120 metres was identified in hole DBRM0111. Samples were sent for preliminary analysis returning results indicative of potential for oil. One sample from hole DBRM0110-15 offered a potential yield of 24.10 kg/tonne
