ATW Venture closed a private placement of five million units at a price of 64 cents per unit raising Can$3 million for exploration at the Amiches Property, and general working capital.
ATW Venture increased the private placement announced on February 14, 2007 from 3 million to 5 million units at a price of 64 cents per unit to raise Can$3.2 million for exploration on the Amiches Property.
