October 28, 2010 Malagasy Minerals announced results of the drilling program at Ampanihy project located in southern Madagascar. Highlights include hole IPC0001 which intersected 2.0 m of 0.11% nickel and 0.07% copper, 0.04% cobalt and 15 ppb palladium from 135.0 m. A total of 15 holes for 1,840 m are planned as part of the Phase 1 programme to test the gossan system. Gossans at AMC-49 returned assays of 0.18% copper, 0.07% nickel, 286ppm cobalt, 13ppb platinum+palladium and 96ppb gold.
