The company, through Minera Terranova, had completed a limited amount of exploration, comprised of rock and soil sampling on the properties. Intends to maintain the core holdings of this properties in good standing, and with the renewed interest in precious metals markets, intends to pursue joint venture partners for the property. Minera Terranova is currently in the process of converting this exploration concession into an exploitation concession, according to Mexican mining law guidelines.
