Exploration of precious metals is progressing with the development of a feasibility study. The environmental impact assessment was authorized and overnmental permits are bing obtained.
During 2006, negotiation is underway with the state of Michoacan to purchase various properties essential to the operation. The feasibility and environmental impact studies have been completed and approved by the SEMARNAT. There are reserves of 13 million tons of mineral with silver grades of 8 ounces, 1%
copper, and 3.5% zinc.
During 2005, the company received the approval for our environmental impact study and is in the process of obtaining land use approval.
