Property NewsNovember 16, 2007 Reported to have completed an initial drill program at the Antabamba silver-gold project, with assay results including a drill intersection of 1.4 metres at 646 grams per tonne silver. October 25, 2007 Completed a first-phase drilling program totaling 4,472m in 25 core drill holes at the Antabamba project. Nine drill holes (1,508 m) were completed in the Minaccasa Vein. The most encouraging assay results were located in the northernmost drill holes approximately 1,000m to the northwest of the Victoria Vein area.
Significant assay results from the Minacassa Vein include: 2.1m grading 357 g/t silver and 2.2 g/t gold in drill hole Anta-20 and 0.8m grading 1,163 g/t silver and 2.7 g/t gold in Anta-20
Four drill holes (575 m) were completed in the Natividad vein, located to the east of the Minaccasa Vein.
Significant assay results from narrow intercepts include:
0.5m grading 678 g/t silver and <1.0 g/t gold in Anta-22
0.2m grading 1,320 g/t silver and <1.0 g/t gold in Anta-24 July 26, 2007 Announced initial results from its ongoing core drilling program. To date a total of 3,897meters have been drilled in 21 drill holes, as part of a first-phase drill program planned for the property. Assay results have been received for 12 drill holes (totaling 2,389m) from the La Victoria vein and results from nine drill holes, which tested the Minaccasa Vein, are pending. Currently drilling is focused on the Natividad Vein, where four drill holes are planned. La Victoria Vein highlights of the drill results (all uncut assays and estimated true widths) include:
• 1.4m grading 646 gram/tonne silver in drill-hole Anta-06
• 0.4m grading 1,250 g/t silver in drill-hole Anta-06
• 1.0m grading 796 g/t silver in drill-hole Anta-07
• 2.0m grading 343 g/t silver in drill-hole Anta-02
