Property NewsMay 3, 2010 Pele Mountain Resources and Coventry Resources reported winter drill results and updated exploration progress at Ardeen project in Northern Ontario, Canada. Highlights include near-surface gold intercepts of: 0.7m of 11.0 g/t gold, 3.5m of 2.65 g/t gold, and 2.7m of 4.01 g/t gold. Drilling at McKellar has intersected mineralization over a strike of more than 350m. January 22, 2010 Coventry Resources announced results from 17 holes drilled at the Ardeen project. Significant gold mineralisation intersected in 11 of these 17 drill holes. Further shallow high-grade results returned from extensional drilling along strike from the Fisher Prospect, including: 1.8m at 17.11 g/t gold from 85.2m in Hole 09CADD046 and in Hole 09CADD040 returned 0.9m with 14.27g/t gold from 11.3m.
December 3, 2009 Pele Mountain Resources Inc. announced that Coventry Resources Ltd. has reported further exploration progress at Pele’s Ardeen Gold Project in Northern Ontario. Coventry reports that it has finished its fall drilling campaign at Ardeen, completing 53 holes totalling 6,435 metres. Results for the initial 10 holes were reported in Pele’s press release dated November 05, 2009 Assay results have been received for 23 additional holes. Best results include, from Hole 09CADD033, 11.6 metres of 27.0 g/t Au & 41.1 g/t Ag, including 0.5 metres of 291.0 g/t Au & 504.0 g/t Ag and 1.1 metres of 101.9 g/t Au & 80.4 g/t Ag. Hole 09CADD032 returned 9.1 metres of 8.5 g/t gold and 24.2 g/t silver, including 1.0 metre of 50.7 g/t gold and 157.0 g/t silver.
