Latest Information September 30, 2007 Reported that an application for an extension to the granted prospecting right was rejected on the grounds that the revised prospecting area underlies a residential township. June 30, 2004 Progress on advancing the project towards a bankable feasibility study was hampered by budgetary constraints and the new MPRD Act delaying the issuing of a Prospecting Permit by the DME. Under the MPRD Act, this prospecting permit is classified as a pending application. As a result, only the geological modelling and resource estimation took place. |
