It was reported that ground geophysical grids based on anomalies identified from the 2004 airborne magnetic survey were completed and that a total of 8 targets were drill tested. According to an informal update, no kimberlite was intersected and the final report and drill logs are awaited. Several geophysical anomalies remain untested and will be further reviewed before the 2006 field season.

Commenced exploration program consisiting of mobilizing a geophysical ground surveying program designed to prioritize targets for the drilling year. Interpretation of 20,000 line kilometres of magnetic airborne data has been completed and 89 geophysical anomalies have been identified. Approximately 10 of the anomalies are high priority and 33 are moderately high priority. More than 20 of the anomalies have been selected for ground geophysical surveying. The indicator mineral and ground survey data will be used to prioritize drill targets. Ground surveying will be the focus for most of April, and drilling is expected to start in early May.
In 2004, Kennecott completed 20,000 line kilometres of magnetic airborne surveying and collected 223 samples
from the property. Analysis of the airborne data identified 89 anomalies, approximately ten of which are high
priority, and 33 of moderately high priority. The objective was to advance the project to drill testing stage within one year.

Diamonds North Resources has commenced mobilizing a geophysical ground surveying program designed to prioritize targets for the drilling year on the Arnak proeprty in Nunavut, Canada. Interpretation of 20,000 line km of magnetic airborne data has been completed and 89 geophysical anomalies have been identified. Approximately 10 of the anomalies are high priority and 33 are moderately high priority. More than 20 of the anomalies have been selected for ground geophysical surveying.
