October 17, 2007 IMPACT Silver Corp. released results from an initial sampling program completed at Nueva Granada and Asturiana concessions within its Zacatecas silver District project (Zacatecas State). The concessions cover San Jose and Armando veins which are branches of Veta Grande vein system. Zacatecas Silver District has an historical production of over 1 billion oz of silver most of it generated by Veta Grande vein system. Historical mine plans indicate that San Jose and Armando veins were mined over 800 m of strike length to 150-200 m depths. IMPACT has an Option to Purchase a 200 tpd processing plant (located in the centre of Zacatecas Silver District) that is now operating as a custom mill for local miners.
