A review of the Meekatharra Gold Project, Western Australia, led to the surrender of most of its tenements. The economic potential of the tenements and the large amount of expenditure required for proper assessment of those tenements was taken into account during the decision making process. Accent Resources NL, however retained its interest in the Arcadia prospect, where sufficient potential exists to warrant its retention.
Input of exploration data accumulated during the September quarter was completed and will be reviewed with the aim of planning a follow up RC drilling programme at the Hope River prospect.

Follow drilling was completed to define the extent of the newly found eastern structure at Hope River (37 holes, 3,221 m). Step out traverses 80-160m from the original intersection were drilled. In total a strike length of 750 m was tested. Infill drilling (10 holes, 860 m) was also carried out on the western lode to complete the exploration there at 80 m intervals. Results are awaited.
