Reported that a total of 65,817 diamonds amounting to 6,054 carats have been recovered from 4,590m3 of this basal gravel, returning an average recovered grade of 1.33ct/m3.

Has now recovered over 2,000 carats from two bulk sample pits and the diamonds are currently being prepared for export for valuation purposes.

The first bulk sampling trench at the Badibanga alluvial diamond project has been completed, returning an average recovered grade of 2.0 carats per cubic metre. The diamond processing plant recovered a total of 3,124 diamonds totalling 348.11 carats from 174 cubic metres of targeted alluvial basal gravel from this first sample. The largest recovered diamond was 1.75 carats.
