All assay results have been received from the recently completed RC drilling. The highest intercept received to date at Badu assayed 4.2 g/t gold over a width of 13 metres. These results are consistent with surface sampling conducted in the region, in proximity and at a distance from known mine workings. Widely spaced reconnaissance drilling to date has only been conducted within one mineralized corridor at Badu of which there are several on the project remaining untested. Almost all of the remainder of the drill holes intersected zones of highly anomalous (0.25-0.5g/t Au) gold mineralisation.

First pass reconnaissance drilling programme was completed. A total of 23 shallow widely spaced reverse circulation drill-holes were drilled in a variety of structural targets along an identified controlling structural feature some 3 kilometres long in the Badu area. Of the 23 holes, 4 were abandoned due to poor ground conditions and preliminary assay results have been received for 17 holes (2.14 g/t Au over 8 meters; 1.89 g/t Au over 4 meters and 1.79 g/t Au over 4 meters). The results have confirmed the bulk-mineable disseminated gold potential of the property. Results from 2 holes are pending.
