During the 4th quarter of 2008, African Gold Group was notified by Rangold Resources Ltd. that it would be opting out of the JV agreement and discontinuing any further exploration activity on the Bagoe sites. The company has no intention of pursuing any further exploration activity on the Bagoe sites and as such all costs, totaling $637,500, relating to these two concessions were expensed in 2008.
