Haddington Resources reported the initial Ore Reserve estimate and Mineral Resource upgrade for the Balline Garnet Mineral Sands project located south of Kalbarri in Western Australia. Proved and Probable Ore Reserve is estimated at 65.5 million tonnes grading 5.7% heavy mineral, 76.8 garnet, 0.6% rutile, 1.6% ilmenite. Total Mineral Resource is estimated at 226.9 million tonnes grading 3.7% heavy minerals, containing 8.4 million tonnes.
Drill results include hole BAC259, returning 33 m of 8.04% HM from sufrace and BAC271, returning 28 m of 9.62% HM from surface.

The estimate of contained garnet recently announced is conceptual in that it is derived from drill logs, analytical results and visual estimates of garnet content in drill samples. The estimate is based on between 15 million and 20.0 million tonnes of sand containing 8% to 11% garnet.
