Montreal-based Northern Mining has optioned a property next to its Tulawaka property in Tanzania, a 30/70 JV between Northern Mining and Pangea Goldfields currently at the feasibility stage. Northern Mining can earn a 90% interest in the two prospecting licences known as the Baraka property that covers 45 square km at the northeast corner of the Tulawaka property. Exploration was to have started in the third week of September with a soil geochemistry program and targets were to be followed up before the end of the year.
