Latest Information May 5, 2003 Odyssey Resources has acquired the Baskil property, a copper-gold porphyry prospect, in southeastern Turkey as part of its Eastern Anatolides JV with BHP Billiton. The 7,075 ha property was acquired following Odyssey's completion of a comprehensive, computer-driven digital data synthesis covering a large part of southeastern Turkey. Consisting of two exploration licenses, the Baskil property features several silt copper anomalies within an area hosting numerous shallow intrusive complexes similar to those that host porphyry deposits. Following a property assessment by BHP Billiton personnel, it will have the option to acquire it on a 50/50 JV basis. December 31, 1997 5 lines of IP-R surveying had been conducted across the colour anomalies. A grid-based soil sampling survey was completed.
